Programs
Choose a program first — it records the archetype calibration the cohort inherits. Three archetypes (Incubation · Accelerator · Scaling), each banded to the Growth Journey phases.
Demo · seed-data: Clearly-labelled demo programs (no live data). A program sets the Growth Journey phase band, a customisable default Growth OS config (full cycle, phase-calibrated), the intake mode, and the teaching method (the Virtuous Growth method by default, swappable). Cohorts are created under a program and inherit its config.
Incubation
Company Creation → Pre-SeedContinuous, readiness-driven — idea → validation (pre-seed). · Rolling intake, readiness level ladder (1–3 yr). · Gate: Light, inclusive — a gap is a review, not a reject.
